Throughout my journey to identify healthy, tasty and value add to our bodies SNACKS, I found myself disappointed, confused and a feeling of lackluster overall. With this in mind I looked to product my own options and through my research I found Gourmet Mushrooms, specifically focusing on: Reishi Mushrooms Cordyceps Mushrooms Lion's Mane Mushrooms With my main ingredient determined I then wanted to ensure the flavour of my snack was somewhat familiar to everyone.
