ThirdSpace Consultants was set up in 2014 by founder and director, Marie Cleary. Qualified in the areas of business, education, finance and psychology, Marie takes a blended approach to training and development of individuals and teams. Her 20-year career has spanned both public and private sectors, specialising in the design and delivery of strategic management interventions which include; organisational reviews, facilitation and strategic planning, high-performance team-building and leadership development. Marie also has extensive experience as a coaching psychologist, working at senior level to assist clients resolve challenging issues, build resilience, enhance leadership capability and manage stakeholder needs. Recognising the major shift in working practices, Marie is currently completing doctoral studies on future skills in DCU and extending program offerings to include corporate training for sustainability.
