State of Mind Counselling is based in Longford. Our mission here is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals where they can discuss their problems, emotions, and thoughts in confidence and receive a professional and effective counselling and psychotherapy service. We strive to provide these services in an affordable manner. Our goal is to try and improve the mental health of the wider population by promoting positive mental health and well-being, educating the population on how to cope with and resolve mental health problems, and support the people who need it.
