Sea Safe Marine Surveys was established by Damien O’Brien. Damien is a qualified Marine Engineer and Marine Surveyor and holds a Chief Engineers Certificate and Masters Degree in Marine Surveying. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Navel Architects, International Institute of Marine Surveyors and is affiliated with the Institute of Marine Science and Technology. Sea Safe Marine Surveys' investigations and inspections involve all matters relating to a ship, whether operating at the site of a casualty or providing opinions from documents Our services are carried out in compliance with all relevant National and International Regulations, Codes of Practice and current Industry Standards. We conduct our investigations and inspections and report objectively. A high priority is accurate, rapid and relevant reporting in a clear, factual and concise manner. We possess the necessary expertise to steer any project to a successful conclusion and enhance the quality of the final product.
