As an Advanced Rolfer® – Structural Integrator, I free up connective tissue in your body, through manual therapy. Moreover, in the Rolfing® and Rolf Movement sessions, you will be provided with tools to become more conscious about the patterns carried in your everyday life, and options to change them into more free and natural positions.
