The company was founded in January 1992 and is based in Dublin, with a second office in Galway. PMS Pavement Management Services Ltd. is a wholly Irish owned limited liability company. Most work to date has been carried out in Ireland, however PMS has also carried out pavement evaluation in the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Trinidad and Tanzania.
