O'Brien’s Butchers is a family run traditional Irish butchers. Established in 1980, the business has grown and now has two branches in Kilkenny, one in the shopping centre, Loughboy and the other in Market Yard, Kilkenny. We own our own slaughterhouse and source all our meat locally. We can trace all our meat back to farm and never compromise on quality. Our trained and experienced butchers hand select the very best cuts for you. All our staff are more than happy to help you pick the cuts you need for certain recipes and advice when it comes to cooking. As well as having meat ready for purchase, we also have a selection of readymade meals, ideal for those who have a busy lifestyle but still want something healthy and nutritious when the get home. We make our own marinades, so you can now buy your meat seasoned and ready for cooking. At O'Brien’s, we stock a large range of meats, including beef, chicken, lamb and pork.
