Extra Care has a long tradition of providing high quality care in people's homes dating back to its beginnings in 1935. Traditionally the main focus of the work of Extra Care has been in Northern Ireland however following significant expansion of services in the Republic of Ireland over the last decade, Extra Care is now an all Ireland organisation.
