I am an accredited Therapist based in Naas, Co. Kildare. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults on a one to one basis and cover a wide range of issues. While I chiefly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to structure my counselling and psychotherapy, I also draw flexibly on theory and techniques from a number of different approaches and integrate these into my work.
