As an integrative therapist I offer a safe place to talk about difficult things . I specialise in Trauma but also work extensively with Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Sexual Abuse, Cohesive Control, Self Esteem Issues, Relationship problems, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Suicidal Ideation and Grief. Sometimes starting therapy is not easy but you can evoke meaningful change that will enable you to live a more fulfilling and productive way of life. Some people come to counselling with a specific problem, while others benefit from talking to a professional to gain a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings. Some times it's about reaching out when you're feeling isolated or unsure. In a safe and confidential way, I will support you to turn the next chapter so that you can learn new skills and feel more capable in mastering your own abilities. I draw on many different therapeutic modalities including CBT, Attachment Theories and Psychodynamics. In a supportive and compassionate environment I will encourage you to change what's not working for you so you can become the best version of your true self at a pace that suits you. In doing so you will find a more peaceful existence which is full of limitless possibilities.
