SCHOOL COOKERY DEMONSTRATION A ROARING SUCCESS
As the delightful smells of Christmas wafted through the air in The Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown on Friday last, more than 350 people filed into the hotel to see what helpful tips the chefs from O’Callaghan’s Delicatessen would have to offer to make their festive meal a mouth-watering success.
The night was organised by the parent’s associations of St Fanahan’s College and the CBS Primary School, as a joint venture to raise money for both schools, in the form of a novel fundraiser, which drew in huge crowds from all over.
