MITCHELSTOWN RESTAURANT GETS TOP NOTCH AWARD FOR FAST FOOD
Supermac’s in Mitchelstown has been named one of the top fast food restaurants in Ireland. Tim and Meg Luddy accepted their Excellence Ireland Quality Sapphire Award (EIQA) at an awards ceremony in Dublin last week.
Speaking to The Avondhu, Meg Luddy of Supermac’s said, “We are absolutely thrilled with having achieved such a prestigious award and are proud of all the hard work our staff and managers have put in. We’ve been overwhelmed with such genuine best wishes and congratulations from so many of ours friends and customers. The EIQA awards celebrate the drive, commitment and achievements of all nominated companies, committed to quality in the island of Ireland. The awards are attended by more than 800 people each year and more than 25 award categories were celebrated on the evening of the gala ceremony.
