MITCHELSTOWN MAN ARRESTED IN CHELTENHAM
A man believed to be from the Mitchelstown area was arrested in Cheltenham on Tuesday night having been found in possession of counterfeit banknotes worth €6,500.
The man, understood to be in his late forties, was taken to Cheltenham police station and was due to be brought before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
