LIVINGHEALTH CLINIC A MODEL FOR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE
The Mitchelstown Livinghealth Clinic could be a model for primary health care centres around the country, according to Minister Alex White who visited the clinic this week with Minister Sean Sherlock to discuss the potential for the facility.
Minister White told The Avondhu that there is no doubt that the Livinghealth Clinic is a leader in terms of primary health care.
“It’s an incredibly innovative successful centre here, from what I’ve seen this morning, it is very impressive. The model of people working together and professionals collaborating with each other to provide the best service in the community is what we want to see across the country. That’s what we want to have everywhere in Ireland - this level of excellence and this level of collaboration.”
