EXTRA FEW MINUTES COSTS DISABLED DRIVER DEARLY
Cork County Council has heard complaints this week that a woman was fined at a Mitchelstown disabled parking bay after just exceeding the two hour time limit. Cllr Frank O’Flynn told the December meeting of the Mallow/ Fermoy area committee that the woman who has a genuine need to use the bays was upset and frustrated.
He further explained she was unaware that the same two hour restrictions applied to disabled parking bays in the town.
