CALUM GEARY FUND CLOSES AS FAMILY OFFERS HEARTFELT THANKS
Andrew and Helen Geary of Ballyhooly, are this week offering heartfelt thanks to everyone that supported the fund for their son Calum and have confirmed that the €60,000 target has been reached and the fund is now closed.
The Ballyhooly toddler, who is profoundly deaf due to a lack of hearing and balance nerves linking his ears to his brain, underwent a seven hour operation in Manchester in February to fit him with a revolutionary ‘bionic ear’ device.
