A BEWITCHING BREW IN MITCHELSTOWN AS EFFORT AWAITS GUINNESS WORLD RECORD RULING
There was a sea of pointed hats, brooms and full length black outfits in the Square in Mitchelstown on Sunday last as more than 480 people gathered together in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most number of people gathered in the same place dressed as witches.
Carol Duggan of Mitchelstown Lions Club said that even if they don’t break the official record, as far as they are concerned they have broken a record for Mitchelstown.
