PLANS UNVEILED FOR FORMER WELFARE HOME
HSE officials met with members of the St Francis Home Retention committee, a sub-committee of Fermoy Town Council, last week to advise them of their plans for the former welfare home.
The officials confirmed they have secured funding for the use of the premises as a day care unit for the elderly two days a week.
