Meadhbh wins for Blackwater Motors, Fermoy
Golfers from Cork attended the Volkswagen Masters Final at Powerscourt Golf Club recently at which Blackwater Motors, Fermoy was represented by Meadhbh McInerney who came first place in the ladies competition.
Over the past number of months, Volkswagen dealers from all over the country, including Blackwater Motors, Fermoy, hosted or sponsored their own individual qualifying events and the winners qualified for the final of the Volkswagen Masters. The final consisted of a singles competition for both male and female competitors.
The crowd were joined by Volkswagen Ambassadors; Bernard Brogan, Simon Delaney and Brian Ormond as well as special guests, Paddy Houlihan and Danny O’Carroll. Guests were also treated to a barbeque after the event and a prize ceremony presented by Brian Ormond. Paul O’Sullivan, Marketing Director of Volkswagen presented the Tipperary Crystal Trophy to the winners.
