MOTHER LEFT PRISONER AS DANGEROUS DOGS ALLOWED RUN LOOSE
A mum out for a stroll with her young child was left trapped in a popular walking area of Fermoy when she was confronted by two large Rottweilers allowed to run loose by a careless owner.
The incident, which happened recently on the Dublin Road side of the town, was recounted this week by Fermoy animal rights champion Nuala McNamara as an example of the every day incidents happening around North Cork in relation to dangerous breeds of dogs.
