FERMOY HITS BACK WITH 'SHOPPING FEST'
Standing still just isn’t an option and in what’s being viewed as an innovative move, business people in Fermoy have come up with a 10 days 'Shopping Fest' initiative to boost trade in the North Cork town.
One of the promoters of the concept, Ray Murphy, says that Fermoy must get the word out that is has plenty to offer as a shopping destination.
“As people who make their living from the town, we want to send out a strong message that Fermoy is a good place to shop and possess a vibrant retail and commercial scene.”
