Anti-bullying week ready to roll in Fermoy
'Fermoy Against Bullyiing Week' is all set to run during the week beginning March 18th. A full programme of events has been lined up, including talks, presentations and entertainment to highlight an issue that has become a major cause for concern nationally. Fermoy Family Coordinating Group is behind the initiative. The group consists of representatives from statutory and voluntary groups in the Fermoy area who meet monthly to discuss and respond to issues relevant to supporting families and community development.
As well as the anti-bullying week, it's planned to follow up by offering other courses in the months ahead. A full list of the events being held during the 'Fermoy Against Bullying Week' will be carried by The Avondhu next week.
