24-HOUR SECURITY PUT IN PLACE AT FERMOY BUILDING SITE
24-hour security personnel have been put in place this week in St Mary’s Crescent in Fermoy, after building work on the local authority redevelopment scheme in the estate ground to a halt in April.
Concerns had been raised that youngsters were using the site as a playground and putting themselves at risk by scaling scaffolding and entering the unfinished homes. Fermoy Town Council moved on Friday to put full time security in place.
