<p>For Word 2019
Step 1: Open any text in Word, place the mouse pointer or highlight the text position to create Bookmark.
Step 2: Click the Insert tab on the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Bookmark
Step 3: In the Bookmark window, give the Bookmark a name and then select Add.
To create more Bookmarks, you do the same.
Step 4: To view the bookmarked bookmarks, you also select Insert and select Bookmark. In the Bookmark window, click the Bookmark you want, then select Go to.
For Word 2003
Step 1: To create Bookmark (text markup), first place your cursor or highlight the line you want to link, then go to the Insert menu and select BookmarkâÃÂæ in the list that appears. Bookmarks window appears, you enter the content of the bookmark's name in the Bookmark name.
When finished entering the name, you click the Add button to proceed to save the bookmark just created. Continue to create other bookmarks you want.
Step 2: When you want to review the highlighted text, just remember the name, then go back to the Bookmark window, select the desired bookmark name and click Go to. Immediately, the mouse pointer will jump to the bookmark's location you just selected.
For Word 2007
Step 1: Similar to word 2003, to highlight a line of text, place your mouse pointer at the place where you want to create a bookmark, then on the Insert tab, select the Bookmark icon in the Links group.
A bookmark dialog box appears, give your bookmark a name, then click Add to save it.
In case you select (highlight) the text and then proceed to highlight it, then the text will be surrounded by parentheses.
Step 2: To access the desired Bookmark, go to Insert and select Bookmark as at the time of creation, then select the name to move to and click Go to. You can also press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + G to open the Go To dialog box.
Under Go to what, select Bookmark, then select the bookmark name to view and press Go to.
Want to delete any bookmarks you open the bookmark window, then select and press Delete.
